There were 4 victims, namely the wife of the owner of the house, her son and daughter-in-law, or the husband of the daughter of the owner of the house. The four victims were the head of the family named Yasa, Yasa’s wife, Yasa’s daughter, and Yasa’s son-in-law.
Central Sulawesi Police Chief Inspector General Abd Rakhman Baso said the sadistic killing was carried out by the East Indonesia Mujahidin (MIT) group. The MIT group is led by Ali Kalora cs.

“Based on witness testimony, the leader of the East Indonesia Mujahidin (MIT) terrorist group Ali Kalora was involved in the murder case,” said the Head of Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police, Kombes Didik Suparnoto.
Didik conveyed that Ali and the MIT members carried out a random group of terror acts. According to him, the action was carried out to frighten the public.

After killed the victim, Ali Kalora also took the victim’s belongings. The Ali Kalora group took 40 kg of rice stocks belonging to the victim of the sadistic murder. The rice was taken through the back door of the house.
