Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) State Prosecutor’s Office destroyed the evidence (BB) of 50 general crimes cases that have permanent legal force in which the prosecutor implements the contents of the court’s decision.
The destroyed evidence included narcotics of the type of crystal methamphetamine and marijuana, illegal cigarettes, sharp weapons, used clothes, cellphones, and others.
The activity to destroy the evidence led by the Inhil Prosecutor’s Office, Rini Triningsih.
“The activity of destroying evidence is a routine agenda of the Inhil Attorney General’s Office as follow-up duties and authorities of the prosecutor as executor in carrying out decisions related to evidence whose cases have permanent legal force,” said Rini.
The Regent of Inhil, HM Wardan, who was also present at the extermination, appealed to all levels of Tembilahan society in particular and Inhil in general to always supervise their children, so they are will not affect or involved in illegal items, such as drugs.
“We hope, with the programs that made, the socialization has been so intensive, so the people can be aware of the law, obey the rules. And always implement positive activities. So that our goal is to make Indragiri Hilir as a Regency that is free from drugs can be achieved,” he explained.
