The fire incident at a guesthouse in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) Riau, which kills six people, is still investigated by the Inhil Police.
To make it easier to reveal the fire that occurred Monday (12/14/2020), Inhil Police brought a laboratory team from the Riau Police.
“TKP work has been holding by the Riau Police Labfor team, Wednesday (16/12/2020),” explained the Head of Inhil Police, AKBP Dian Setyawan.
The Chief of Police said that the team went to the location, which is locating on Jalan Abdul Manaf Tembilahan, by taking several burned remains of buildings as samples.
Henceforth, the Head of Police said that a criminalistic laboratory examination would be holding on samples of charcoal, ash, and electrical cables found at the TKP at the Bid Labfor Polda Riau.
“The official results from the Riau Police’s Labfor about the exact cause of the fire will convey to the media,” explained the Police Chief.
