A total of five residents who breaks the health protocol (protkes) are fine IDR 100,000. The five of them immediately were fined on the spot.
The prosecution of the protkes violators was held by the ranks of the Polres together with Kodim 0314, the District Court, the District Attorney, and elements of the Inhil Regency Government.
“On Sudirman street, which is a lot of crowds are one of the targets of operations. Jalan Sudirman is always a busy street. Therefore, we must ensure that especially those who enter the Sudirman area must comply with Health Protocols,” explained Inhil Police Chief, AKBP Dian Setyawan via Wakapolres, Kompol Kari Amsah Ritongga.
The Deputy Chief of Police also explained that the trial activities in this place were carried out by Article 44 E jo. Article 23 A paragraph (2) letter a Riau Provincial Regulation Number 4 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 21 of 2018 concerning Health Administration and Legislation.
“By following the regulation, the defendant is legally and convincingly proven guilty of violating the Health Protocol and sentenced the defendant to a fined Rp. 100,000 on the condition. If the fine is not paid, then it was replaced by a prison penalty of three days,” he continued.
