Finally, Sandiaga Uno was appointed by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to become Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy.
As we know, Sandiaga Uno is an elite Gerindra Party. Sandiaga when introduced, Jokowi gave greetings by bowing himself. Sandiaga wore a blue jacket and mask.
Jokowi through introducing his new minister at the Palace, Tuesday, December 22 said, “Mr. Sandiaga Uno used to be the deputy governor of DKI Jakarta, Chairman of HIPMI and now we will give him the responsibility to lead the ministry of tourism and creative economics.”
And also Budi Gunadi Sadikin the Deputy Minister of BUMN is the Minister of Health now, replace Terawan.
“Mr. Budi Gunadi Sadikin, previously the President Director of Bank Mandiri, then became the President Director of PT Indonesia Asahan Indonesia and finally the Deputy Minister of BUMN and now we give the responsibility to lead the Ministry of Health,” said Jokowi.
