Starting the new year 2021, the Regent of Inhil, HM Wardan, made a working visit to two sub-districts, namely Tanah Merah and Reteh Districts, Friday (1/1/2021).
The visit began with a review of the bridge construction project on the Kuala Enok Perigi River, Tanah Merah District, and continue to the inauguration of the bridge connecting Parit Sumber Hayat with Parit Sumber Makmur in Sebrang Sangkar Village, Reteh District.
On this visit, the Regent accompanied by the Head of BPBD and his ranks, several echelon officials within the Inhil Regency Government. During the visit, Friday prayers hold at one of the mosques in Sebrang Sanglar Village, Reteh District.
“We hope that the community maintains and maintains the facilities that have been built by Inhil Regency Government properly,” said the Regent.
The Regent also said the existing bridges in the two sub-districts have a large function considering that apart from being a place for community traffic, it also functions as economic support.
It noted that the bridge between Kuala Enok Village and Tanah Merah Village in Tanah Merah District collapse in mid-2018. It caused by landslides while the concrete bridge was collapsed because hit by heavy water on Saturday (14/11/2020), around 18.30 WIB. That bridge connecting Parit Sumber Hayat and Parit Sumber Makmur Village of Sebrang Sanglar, Reteh District
