Michael Yukinobu De Fretes aka Nobu, the male actor in an exciting video with artist Gisella Anastasia or Gisel, has fulfilled the police summons.
Nobu visited Polda Metro Jaya on Monday, January 4, 2021, with the status of a suspect in the exciting video case with Gisel.
Nobu came himself to meet the police summons. But, Gisel was not present for several reasons.
After undergoing police questioning, Nobu was not detained.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus argued, the detention of the man known as Nobu depends on the outcome of the advanced case title.
According to him, a further case title will be carried out after investigators have examined Gisel as a suspect.
“We are still waiting for GA to be investigated. We will conduct a case to determine whether (MYD) is detained or not,” said Yusri at Polda Metro Jaya on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
Because he was not arrested, Yusri said that Nobu would be subject to compulsory reporting starting next week.

Yusri admitted that he coordinated with the investigators who handled the exciting video case involving Nobu and Gisel. Yusri then received a mandatory reporting schedule that Nobu had to undergo.
“We scheduled it to coordinate with the investigators on Monday or Thursday,” Yusri said at Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
Yusri explained, it was mandatory to report to be done once every two weeks. Nobu later filled out the attendance list provided at the Jakarta Metro Jaya Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate Building. Yusri emphasized that in this case, Nobu did not mean undergoing examination.
“The only duty to report is to come to check if he is absent,” he said.
According to Yusri, as long as investigators have not transferred his exciting video file with Gisel to the Public Prosecutor (JPU), Nobu should not be absent from being obliged to report at the Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Building.
“Every two weeks we will come here while we complete the existing case files. If they are complete, we will submit them to the prosecutor. However, there is no examination from GA here,” he said.
