After a long period of failure, the Inhil Regent, HM Wardan, requested that the morning and evening ceremony reactivated.
It was said by the Regent when leading the joint rally in early 2021, in the office yard, Monday (04/01/2021).
“The ceremony that we carry out are of course important because they can not only strengthen the bonds of synergy and good cooperation but can also improve our discipline and work ethic,” said the Regent.
He added as a state servant and public servant (ASN) is not only required to improve knowledge, to improve performance and professionalism, but also to have discipline in work.
“Because of the importance of discipline, starting today, the implementation of the morning ceremony before entering the office and the afternoon ceremony after and before returning home reactivated after several months of not being implemented. But the ceremony must still pay attention and comply with health protocols by carrying out the 4 M, namely wearing a mask, keeping a distance, washing hands with soap and running water, and avoiding crowds to break the chain of spread and transmission of the Covid-19 virus, “he said.
This ceremony was held based on monitoring that the ceremony does not implement during the Covid-19 epidemic. The civil servants’ discipline in the Inhil Government decreased where some employees were late to enter the office and or did not comply with the set working hours.
