The price of purebred chicken in Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) Regency has returned to its original price of IDR 35 thousand per kilogram.
Based on the records of Trade and Industry Service (Disdagtri) of Indragiri Hilir on January 29, 2021, it had decreased to 6 percent, namely IDR 33 thousand per kilogram.
“The prices have risen again by 6 percent,” said Ifdiarman, Head of Price Stabilization of Staple Goods and Important Goods.
According to him, since the last week, the price of chicken meat has not changed. Even so, he believes that people’s needs for purebred chicken meat are met.
However, three other staple items also fell, such as large red chilies and curly red chilies that both reached 13 percent, and garlic up to 4 percent.
“We continue to monitor price developments and ensure the adequacy of people’s needs,” he concluded.
