The former Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Indragiri Hilir Regency (Inhil), Said Syarifuddin, officially reported to the Riau Police regarding the slander spread by irresponsible people on a number of social media such as Twitter, WhatsApp Group, and Facebook on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 morning.
Said Syarifuddin said that he had reported the authorities for slander that defamed his reputation as if he had had conversations with women.
“Around 10.30 am, local time, I came to the Riau Police, to be precise to Sub-Directorate V of the Criminal Investigation Agency to report what happened to me regarding fake chat posts and pornographic photos edited on Twitter, Facebook, and Whatsapp groups,” said Said Syarifuddin.
“The evidence is quite a lot in the form of print screenshots that are broadcast on social media. I leave it to the authorities to thoroughly investigate this problem” he hoped.
“I hope that all these problems can be resolved and the perpetrators can be held responsible for their actions,” said Said Syarifuddin
