Pagaralam City is a small town in South Sumatra, which is very interesting to visit because there are many tourist objects that are very beautiful and unspoiled.
One of them is Tebat Gheban. Lake Tebat Gheban is located in Pagar Alam Selatan District, Pagar Alam City, South Sumatra Province.
Located about 7 km from the center of Pagaralam City, Tebat keeps another beauty from the exotic earth Besemah.
Lake Tebat Gheban is a large pond that is formed naturally, the area is approximately 4 hectares with a depth of up to 12 meters, and around it are built several gazebos or small huts which are used as places to sit while chatting or picnicking with family.
By late afternoon, this lake will be enlivened by fishing enthusiasts.
Apart from fishing activities, another sight that can be found at Tebat Gheban is the activity of shrimp farmers. In the afternoon it is their schedule to collect the nets that were previously installed.
Surrounded by cypress trees, Tebat Gheban has a beautiful view, in the afternoon the sunlight will glow over the flowing water, while the sound of birds muttering from the top of the tree.

If you come to visit the Tebat Gheban Lake tourist attraction when the weather around the lake is not covered in fog, then from here you can clearly see the view of Mount Dempo which looks very elegant from a distance.
From downtown Pagar Alam to Lake Tebat Gheban is only 2 kilometers away. You can use private vehicles or public transportation.
