When visiting Jogja, there is a spot ie Bhumi Merapi Agrotourism which is on Kaliurang street.
With an entrance ticket of only IDR 20,000, a Traveler Friend can get an unforgettable exciting experience. Bhumi Merapi Agro-tourism is divided into 2 areas, namely the western area and the eastern area.
This area is bordered by a bridge over a small river which is the exit to Ponggolo cave.
This park is in the western area, precisely behind the joglo entrance ticket booth. The park area, which is quite wide with Teletubbies-style paths that can be passed, contains various types of rabbits, with various cages and rabbit knick-knacks, of course.
Visitors to this park can interact and feed the rabbits, apart from children who like to play with rabbits, there are also many adults here who just to pet and fill their photo gallery.
Turning to the south side, there is a bird and mammal house. Apart from the 3 owls perched beautifully in room 1, in room 2, there are various kinds of animals, such as garangan, sugar gliders, squirrels, and civets with various species.
There is also the moon civet (or better known as the civet, which produces civet coffee). The duty officer is happy to explain and help visitors if they want to interact and take pictures.
Turning to the eastern area of Agro-tourism, there are rows of horse stalls lined up neatly. Not only ordinary horses, but there are also ponies that can be ridden by children around the tracks that have been provided by buying a ticket for IDR 20,000.
No need to go to Bogor, here, you can find deer in the eastern area of agro-tourism. With a fairly large enclosure with a stretch of grass, it is clear enough to see the deer collection in this agro-tourism. There are 3 deer here, one deer with very high horns, one deer without antlers, and 1 cute deer puppy.
The agro-tourism reptile area also displays various collections, in addition to large snakes that can be taken with photos, there are also monitor lizards, turtles, and various tame reptiles of course.
Merino goat pens and Etawa puppies for visitors are on the east side, while Etawa goats are separated in the western area of the pen. Besides being able to play around, visitors can also provide milk for a ticket price of IDR 5.000 only. This milk is only allowed to be given to Etawa goats only.
Hobbit houses and miniature building architecture can be an option if you want to get good photos to upload on Instagram.
Many public facilities such as prayer rooms and toilets are also available besides joglo as a place to rest. Bhumi Merapi Agro Tourism also provides other facilities such as fields for outbound and camping.
