“Thank God, tonight together we can attend the Riau Reborn activity event from the Riau Province Tourism Office. Of course, this is a breakthrough in the context of economic recovery,” said Syamsuar.
He continued that according to the direction of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) of the Republic of Indonesia, the reopening of tourism during the Covid-19 Pandemic must follow health protocols.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Indragiri Hilir, who was met after attending the launch of Jemari, said that according to the direction given by the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, currently, tourism visits are still focused on local tourists.
“We can not yet expect foreign tourists to visit our area. For that, we, especially in the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government, in tourist spots that usually become tourist destinations will focus on every visitor,” said the Regent.
