The Office of Trade and Industry of Indragiri Hilir Regency is still considering opening the Wadai Market in Ramadan 1442.
This was conveyed by the Secretary of Disdagtri Inhil Regency, Wanhar when met by the media in his office on Tuesday, March 30, 2021.
“Because it is still in a pandemic period, we cannot confirm whether the Wadai market will be held or not. There is no decision yet,” he said.
Regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, the Office of Trade and Industry of Indragiri Hilir has not focused on the Wadai market discussion.
Reflecting on last year, his party has eliminated this market activity.
“Like last year, the sellers can sell in their respective places, because it avoids the crowd,” he concluded.
