The Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) district held the 3rd plenary session of the trial period 1-year session 2021 at the Regional People’s Representative Assembly building on Soebrantas street Tembilahan on Monday, April 19, 2021.
The plenary meeting with an introductory speech agenda for the Indragiri Hilir Regent’s Accountability Report (LKPJ) in 2020 which was read directly by the Regent of Indragiri Hilir, HM Wardan, was chaired directly by the chairman of Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Indragiri Hilir, Ferriyandi accompanied by deputy chairman Edy Gunawan, H. Maryanto and Andi Rusli.
The regent in delivering his speech said his deepest gratitude for the opportunity given by the Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD to him to submit the Accountability Statement Report (LKPJ) for the regional head of Indragiri Hilir Regency for 2020 as a constitutional obligation as Regent of Indragiri Hilir.
“The compilation of this accountability statement (LKPJ) is guided by the Minister of Home Affairs regulation number 18 concerning government implementation regulations number 13 of 2019 and the submission of this accountability statement (LKPJ) performance is a reflection of the accumulated performance achievements in 2020,” explained the Regent.
He also conveyed that in the management of regional revenue the Inhil district government always strives to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in an effort to reduce the level of dependence on revenues from the center.
“So that the implementation of autonomy and regional discretion is expected to be maximally achieved,” said the Regent in delivering his speech.
The Regent continued, while the strategy used to achieve regional revenue is by increasing revenue from PAD, optimizing revenue from balancing funds, and various legitimate revenues in accordance with the principles of regional government administration, the management of regional finances has been carried out in an orderly manner, obeying laws and regulations. effective, transparent, and responsible with due regard for a sense of justice and appropriateness.
“The policies pursued are contained in the direction and general policies of the Regional Budget (APBD) which include policies on regional income, expenditure, and financing,” he concluded.
