The Regional Secretary of Siak Regency, Arfan Usman, became the Inspector of the Ceremony at the Troop Title Ceremony in the context of readiness for the implementation of Operation Ketupat Lancang Kuning 2021 which was held at the Siak Police Office yard.
The ceremony that was held was attended by the Police, the Indonesian National Army, the Civil Service Police Unit, the Fire Brigade and the Transportation Service, which took place solemnly and implemented Health Protocols.
The Head of the Indonesian National Police, Listyo Sigit Prabowo, in his message read directly by the Regional Secretary of Siak Regency, Arfan Usman, said that carrying out the troop title ceremony was a form of final checking for the implementation of Ketupat Operation 2021 in the context of securing Eid al-Fitr 1442 H, both in personnel and aspects. infrastructure and unrelated interactions such as the TNI, local government, and other Kamtibmas partners.
The security targets in the Ketupat Lancang Kuning 2021 Operation are people or community activities ahead of Eid al-Fitr and the end of the holy month of Ramadan and the prohibition of Eid homecoming.

Arfan also mentioned that Ketupat Operation 2021 would be carried out for 12 days, by prioritizing prevention activities supported by early detection and law enforcement in the context of securing Eid al-Fitr 1442 H and continuing to implement the Health Protocol, to prevent the spread of Covid-19 so that the public could celebrate Eid. Fitri with a sense of security and comfort.
