Then the group visited residents’ homes and provided medical assistance and then headed to Jati Mulya Village to see the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination.
“Today, on behalf of the residents of the Kerinci Kanan sub-district and the people of the Jati Mulya village, I thank the Danrem and the Riau Police Chief who came directly today, saw the vaccination in Jati Mulya village, and previously visited the PPKM Task Force Post in Bukit Agung village,” said Alfedri in Kerinci. He conveyed that this visit provided motivation and enthusiasm for the PPKM task force, including the ranks of the health office and the task force up to the village level.
“We have received 39,000 of these vaccines, 33 thousand have been carried out so far. We hope that it will run smoothly and we can add vaccines. According to the target in June, the 2021 vaccination was carried out well. Thus reducing the transmission of the Covid 19 outbreak in the district Siak,” hoped Alfedri.
He appealed to the public to remain disciplined in obeying health protocols, so as to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.
Riau Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Agung Setya Imam Effendi said that vaccination was an effort to increase immunity, herd immunity, or group immunity. So that he continued, the village became a safe village from being infected and transmitting the Covid-19 outbreak.
The arrival of the Riau Police Chief with Danrem 031 WB at the same time wanted to encourage the task force and PPKM officers at the village level.

On that occasion, the Riau Police Chief also gave enlightenment to Bhabinsa and Bhabinkamtibmas who served as the spearhead of handling Covid-19 cases. This is because their duties are directly related to the community in carrying out their duties.
