The fire which scorched two housing units and one other housing unit was severely damaged in Tembilahan Hulu District causing Dandim 0314 / Inhil, Lt. Col. Inf Imir Faishal together with the Inhil Police Chief, AKBP Dian Setyawan and the Chairman of DPRD Inhil, Ferryandi to visit and provide assistance in the form of basic foodstuffs.
Wahab (45 years), Khair (40 years), and Arsyad (62 years) gave basic food assistance to fire victims.
In his speech, the Dandim said that the residents affected by this disaster should be patient and keep their hearts strong.
“Make this calamity a test from Allah SWT. Do not dissolve in sadness, hopefully, with this calamity Allah will reward you with multiple favors,” said Dandim Lt. Col. Inf Imir Faishal.
Meanwhile, the Kapolres hopes that the assistance provided can be of benefit to fire victims.
“We only provide a little help to alleviate the burdens of ladies and gentlemen, hopefully, this is useful,” said Kapolres Inhil.
In addition, the activity of providing basic food assistance to fire victims, said the Chairman of DPRD Inhil Ferryandi, was a form of increasing mutual cooperation.
“This is a form of mutual cooperation and togetherness, aiming to ease the burden borne by the fire victims,” he said.
