Military Resort Commander 031 / Wira Bima, Brigadier General M Syech Ismed visited the daughter of the Hero of Independence from Indragiri Hilir, Lieutenant M Boya.
The daughter of the freedom fighter is named Mrs. Masniah, now 71 years old and lives at Pendidikan street, RT 001, RW 004, Tagaraja Village, Kateman District.
Masniah is the only daughter of the hero Lieutenant M Boya. She had been left behind when she was still in his mother’s womb because her father was fighting against the Dutch colonialists.
On this occasion, Military Resort Commander 031 / Wira Bima, apart from the visit, also gave Masniah affection in the form of caring of Military Resort Commander 031 / Wira Bima’s concern for the daughter of National hero Lieutenant M Boya.
The giving of affection to the daughter of Lieutenant M Boya is a form of appreciation and respect and gratitude from TNI soldiers to Indonesian independence fighters.
“Today we have a chance to visit the child of the Indonesian independence fighters, namely Mrs. Masniah, daughter of Lieutenant M Boya. This is a form of honor for us to meet the child of Lieutenant M Boya also will fostering a sense of nationalism for the soldiers so they will love their nation and country, for the realization of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia, “said Military Resort Commander.
Meanwhile, the Masniah family on that occasion expressed their highest gratitude for the care and appreciation of Military Resort Commander 031 / Wira Bima who had been willing to visit him.
