Population and Civil Registry Office (Disdukcapil) of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) Riau that located on Swarna Bumi street – Tembilahan, is always crowded with the residents every day.
It recorded more than 100 residents come every day to collect population documents.
“In the one day there are 100 until 150 people were submitting demography data, most of them submit of Electronic ID card (e-KTP),” explained the Head of the Population and Civil Registry Office (Disdukcapil) of Indragiri Hilir, Mizwar Efendi through the Secretary of the Population and Civil Registry Office (Disdukcapil) of Indragiri Hilir, Nursal Sulaiman.
Nursal explained the public who manages e-KTP is divide into two categories, namely to submit new data or recording of the first KTP and to changes data in KTP.
“It’s different if we ‘pick up the ball’ to record e-KTP in sub-district. It can accommodate 300 to 500 people,” continued the former head of the Mandah sub-district.
Nursall also said that recording a new or the first e-KTP could be ready in a day.
“There are 8 thousand blanks available now, so recording a new e-KTP can be ready in a day, but changing the KTP data can take time because there are more requirements such as changing the Family Card (KK) first,” he said.
