The Regent of Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) HM Wardan, asked all civil servants of Indragiri Hilir District Government to work well according to the applicable regulations and avoid illegal levies.
That was conveyed by the Regent when he opened the coordination meeting of Regional Government officials in Indragiri Hilir with Forkopimda to welcome Christmas and New Year 2021 on Monday, December 7, 2020.
“I hope to all parties always work properly under applicable laws and regulations and avoid from actions that indicate illegal levies,” said the Regent.
The Regent of Indragiri Hilir said that the Regent had issued a policy to form a Task Force to Clean Up Illegal Levies (Satgas Saber Pungli).
The formation of this Task Force, he said, was a follow-up of Presidential Regulation Number 87 of 2016 concerning the Task Force to Clean Up Illegal Levies to make clean government, legal certainty, and a sense of security for the public.
“Moreover, the President of the Republic of Indonesia stated firmly in the national coordination meeting of progressive Indonesia last year that there are no more illegal levies,” said HM Wardan.
