The police have named the artist Gisella Anatasia alias Gisel and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes in connection with the porn video case. Both face a maximum sentence of 12 years in prison.
Apparently, Gisel sent the nasty 19-second video to Michael.
This was discovered by the police when conducting an examination of Gisel, a number of witnesses, and evidence.
“If the context is for personal interests, it is impossible to spread it. Moreover, he also sent the video to his coworker,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus.
According to Yusri Gisel, she sent the video shortly after recording.
“So she sent the video to Nobu through an airdrop. So it is no longer for personal gain because it has been distributed to that guy,” said Yusri.
Thus, said Yusri, Michael was also named a suspect. Moreover, Michael did not immediately delete the nasty video.
“Why should we make that man as a suspect? Because he did not immediately delete it. His confession was just a week after being sent and then deleted,” said Yusri.
As for Michael Yukinobu De Fretes, the male actor in the perverted video and Gisel was charged with the Pornography Law.
Gisel and MYD were accused of Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Pornography Law regulates the prohibition of producing, making, reproducing, duplicating, disseminating, broadcasting, importing, exporting, offering, trading, renting, or providing pornography which explicitly contains:
- intercourse, including sex that is deviant;
- sexual violence;
- masturbation or masturbation;
- nudity or an impressive display of nudity;
- genitals; or
- child pornography
