Artist Gisella Anastasia or Gisel claims that has recorded video sex of her with Michael Yukinobu Defretes (MYD). The video recording then sent by Gisel to Michael Yukinobu Defretes or Nobu.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said that after receiving the sex videotape, Nobu did not immediately delete the video.
According to Yusri, Gisel as the video recorder sent the video to Nobu through AirDrop from the iPhone. The police are still investigating the perpetrator who distributed the video to the public.
To explore this matter, Yusri said that his party would immediately summon Gisel and Nobu with the capacity as suspects to be asked for further information in the case.
“We are still investigating it, including calling GA and MYD as suspects so that we can find out who the first spreader was because, from the confessions of the two, GA admitted that her cellphone was damaged,” explained Yusri.
The police have named Gisel and Michael Yukinobu Defretes as suspects in the immoral video case. Yusri said that from the results of the forensics that had been carried out, investigators concluded that the actors of the immoral video were the two suspects.
This, continued Yusri, was also strengthened by the confession of Gisel and MYD who admitted that they were actors in the sex video.
“GA admitted that it was strengthened again by the existing forensic experts, IT experts, and sisters GA admitted and MYD admitted that what was in the video that circulated on social media, it was herself,” said Yusri.
The police also revealed the suspect’s motive for recording the video. According to Yusri, the two of them recorded the video for personal documentation.
The police charged both of them with Article 4 paragraph 1 Junction Article 28 and or Article 8 of Law 44 concerning pornography. Both face a maximum sentence of 12 years in prison.
