Until this news was written, Gisella Anastasia aka Gisel is still undergoing investigation as a suspect in the case of a nasty video with Michael Yukinobu de Fretes (MYD) at Polda Metro Jaya.
Then will Gisel be arrested immediately?
Polda Metro Jaya has not been able to confirm whether Gisel was immediately detained or not after undergoing questioning. Because, currently Gisel is still being examined.
“It’s still being investigated. It depends on the investigator after the results of the investigation,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Friday, January 8.
Gisel arrived at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Special Criminal Directorate building accompanied by her lawyer. She arrived earlier than the examination time that was scheduled by the investigators.
But no statement came out of her mouth before undergoing the examination.
Gisel and Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (MYD) were named as suspects in the pornography video case, on December 29, 2020.
The determination of the suspect after the two admitted that the cast in the video was them.
In this case, investigators used Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 8 of Law Number 44 Year 2008 concerning Pornography to suspect the two suspects.
The making of a nasty video between MYD and Gisel was done in 2017. At that time, Gisel was still the legal wife of Gading Marten. Gisel and Gading married on September 14, 2013 in Bali. The two divorced in 2019.
