Amazing, a boutique resort on the northern coast of Bali called The Tiing has won the public vote award for hospitality building in the Dezeen Awards.
The Tiing reach the world’s best architecture, interior, and design projects
.

The luxury boutique hotel, located in the seaside village of Tejakula in Buleleng regency, consists of 14 villas designed by Perth-based Nic Brunsdon with local studio Manguning.
Tucked away in quieter North Bali, Dezeen says the design deliberately leans on traditional materials and construction techniques, with concrete and bamboo featuring dominantly throughout the space.
In an article published in May, Dezeen described the rough concrete walls at The Tiing as “frames” for the jungle views, wherein the “rooms are designed as funnels, directing views towards the impressive jungle backdrop in one direction, and the ocean in the other.”

Rates are currently discounted on their official website and start at USD 38 for weekdays this week, whereas normal rates are shown at around USD 67.
The Tiing seems like a highly instagrammable place and could certainly be an interesting alternative to the more mainstream accomodation in South Bali.
