The Regent of Siak, Alfedri appointed Arfan Usman as Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Siak on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020, at the Regent’s Office in Siak.
The inauguration was attended by the Siak Regent, the Chairperson of the Regional House of Representatives of Siak, the Riau Provincial Administrative Assistant, the Chairperson of the Lembaga Adat Melayu (LAM), the High Prosecutor’s Office of Siak, the Siak Police Chief, the Head of the Ministry of Religion Siak, the Head of the Siak District, and all OPDs in the Siak Regency environment.
The Regent of Siak in his speech congratulated those who is inaugurated on this day, and he hope that they can hold the mandate and gives excellent service for the people of Siak Regency.
On this occasion, Alfedri also conveyed that the appointment of the regional secretary and others, requires a long process and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
“We hope, they can work in accordance with applicable regulations so can provide excellent service to the community,” said Alfedri.
In addition to inaugurating the Siak Regional Secretary, the regent also appointed other officials such as the head of the Occupation Service that held by Hasmizal, the Head of the Social Service that held by Wan Idris, and the Head of the Regional Finance Agency that held by Muzammil.
The Regent of Siak hopes that the three new officials heads can provide better services to the community.
